Wherehaus is a full service firm developed for the sole purpose of building incredible F&B experiences. We bring clarity to the process  of opening & running a restaurant by focusing on three unique sections of the market.

Our passion in this industry is an outgrowth of 20 years’ experience, from concept design & development, financial modeling & team training, to menu ideation, branding & grand opening.


Our team consists of talented professionals with a wide variety of experience spanning all aspects of the hospitality & F&B industries.


From chefs, engineers & Auto Cad designers, to marketing experts, F&B managers & creative directors, we bring a lot of experience to the table.

From small standalone restaurants to large five star hotels; as a full service firm, Wherehaus takes projects from initial concept & design, all the way through to completion by playing a key supporting role.

With over 20 years experience in F&B ranging from operations to design, development & just about everything in between, Paul has built his career around creating excellent F&B experiences.

Specializing in foodservice design & operational advisement for hotels, restaurants, & casinos, Paul has a unique strategic approach, backed by years of experience.

Over the course of his career he has worked with some of the best architects & leading operators from around the world, including Marriott, Hyatt, Intercontinental, & many others. Paul has had the privilege of playing a part in some of the globes most recognizable restaurant brands & chains as well, Zuma, La Petit Maison & many others.

Paul, having been based in Asia, the Middle East & Europe previously brings a world of knowledge to his projects and new ideas.

From lead designer for Canada’s premier surf & apparel company to advertising agency Creative Director & solo entrepreneur, Tom’s covered a lot of ground in his 15+ years of marketing, web design, copywriting & graphic design.

He’s worked with leading outerwear & fashion companies in the surf, ski, & cycling industries while also designing for restaurants all over the globe; including Qatar, Dubai, New York & Canada.

Tom takes a creative approach to everything he does, he’s a marketing multi-tool with a wide range of styles & an incredibly diverse skill set.
